This is ES Group

ES Energy Save Holding AB (publ), operating as ES Group, is a Swedish heat pump technology and platform company enabling the transition to sustainable energy across Europe.

We partner with brands to enter and scale in the heat pump market through white label and ODM solutions, built on our proprietary platform architecture and in-house control technology. By combining engineering excellence with commercial flexibility, we enable our partners to accelerate time to market and deliver competitive, energy-efficient solutions.

In addition to our platform business, we distribute heat pumps under our own brand, ES Energy Save, through established installer and distribution networks across European markets.

ES Energy Save Holding AB (publ) is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm (ticker: ESGR B).

Milestones That Define Us

2003

Partnership with Amitime marks the start of our journey

The technology partnership starts in 2003 when ES help transform Amitime into an air-to-water innovator and manufacturer.

2005

Amitime chooses together with ES Group founder to make a strategic shift toward inverter-technology, air-to-water heat pumps.

 

 

2006

Launching our first-generation heat pumps through JULA as a private label partner.

2009

Energy Save is founded by the current CEO Fredrik Sävenstrand, and Product Development Manager Christian Gulbrandsen, establishing our long-term innovation focus,

 

2014

Expansion into product development for commercial properties

2017

ES NordFlex is launched as a product concept in Sweden within the Light Commercial System business area.

2020
  • Introducing ultra-quiet R32 heat pumps, a next-generation refrigerant offering enhanced efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
  • Launch of the Configurator; a proprietary digital tool for sales support and system design optimization.
  • ES Energy Save Holding AB is listed on the Swedish stock exchange Spotlight.
2022

The partnership with Amitime is reinforced further, by co-investing in the new Turkish manufacturing site.

2023
  • Energy Save enters a strategic technology partnership with Vargas-owned Aira, accompanied by the signing of a license agreement.
  • Successful listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, marking a significant step in the company’s growth and market presence.
2024

Launching the R290 Propane Series for residential applications, expanding the product portfolio with a sustainable, future-ready solution.

2025

Expansion of the R290 Propane Series to include 40 kW commercial units, reinforcing our commitment to scalable, energy-efficient technologies.
